I Want An Orla Kiely Bag!

I must be mad, but I’m totally salivating over this. Hahaha. I’m so easily distracted, I was supposed to be looking for information on Restaurant System, but I ended up browsing bags shops and searching for nice and affordable bags. I think its high time I give myself a present this year, you know, just a ‘you did well’ gift.

Also, I want to get myself some really good quality, with good brand shoes and handbags. I think I’m finally turning into a girly girl. But I still balk at spending over $300 for a shoe or a handbag, so I compromised and searched for designer handbags in the price range of $100-$300. I didn’t expect to fall in love, but I guess I tumbled headlong into it.

I seriously want these: Orla Kiely bags. If not all this, at least one, okay? I should look for sponsors now. Heh. I finally get why a lot of stylish mom’s out there are gaga over Orla Kiely bags and home products. I find her designs adorable! With a slight vintage feel, but with modern lines and styles.

I can’t decide which one I like and I suspect I might just end up saving {seriously} just so I could have all of these:

I can’t help but squeeeeeee.. when I saw this page on Bergdorf Goodman. I was actually looking out for some baby gift for a little girl and I loved what I saw here.. There something so adorable and lovely about little girls dressed up like little ladies..So I ended up browsing the selection and taking a few picks. How I wish I could buy all these for my little girl..

Happy Mother’s Day…

I can’t let this pass of course..Belated my greetings may be but I want to celebrate with every mom. Being a mom is a gift, a privilege. It may be a life filled with sacrifices but nothing else is as satisfying as being a mother.

And now that I’m a mom myself, I am all the more appreciative and grateful to my own mom. For me, she is the best mom there is. And I could never thank her enough for everything..

I had a very quiet Mother’s Day celebration. Quiet but happy. I was with the people whom I dearly love. My husband and daughter of course. I can only wish my mom and dad were with us too..But still grateful that they are there, even though they are far from me.

Now its Monday, back to the grind for me. Got tons to do and have to visit www.wholesaleinsurance.net. Hope you moms had a great Mother’s Day and lets all look forward to a great week as well.

I was searching for a gift for a dear friend. I want to send it through my sister who’s going for a short vacation in the Philippines. My friend is a gadget freak. And what she loves most – her iPod. She’s a singer and cant’ survive a day without her iPod.

So I was looking for some ipod docks or other iPod thingies she would love. I guess I was hooked. I don’t have an iPod, I used to own one but it just wasn’t for me so I gave it to my sister. But the gadget freako in me of course appreciates the cutie accessories for iPod.

Gourmet Valentine’s Gifts

A little hint for guys in dilemma. Or come to think of it, this would also make great gifts for guys! I mean sure we would appreciate a shower of flowers, diamonds, designer bags, shoes etc etc, but if you can’t afford it then don’t push it. After all, if you remembered to your lady love on Valentine’s day without being prompted/reminded/nagged then, its a point in your direction already. We do know how to appreciate the thought that comes with every gift, but I think giving things that are so unromantic, hmmm say a color laserjet 2840 toner would maybe make us feel a bit peeved. Lol!

Valentine’s Day calls for something a little sweet and romantic. So what if you don’t have much to spend on this? I would suggest going gourmet!! I would love to receive a box of sweets and that is enough to take me to sweet heaven hahaha. I know I’m a cheapo but still receiving chocolates and candies is a nice thing.
